Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into development pipelines
- Build scenario models for disruptive market shifts and geopolitical transitions
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future-Ready Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend-mapping methodologies
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Published author or recognized speaker in futurist communities
