Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with ESG and UN SDG principles
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and keynote presentations
- Mentor emerging futurists and build an internal innovation academy
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published author in technology forecasting or peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management across Fortune 500 and government entities
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
