Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation frameworks across product, service, and operational domains
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market disruption potential
- Lead scenario planning for global megatrends (climate adaptation, demographic shifts)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and lead a high-impact innovation lab team
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D hubs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
