Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of our core platform, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, and ready for global scale.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate business goals into technical strategies, defining the 2026 technical milestones and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all engineering departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in 2026-preferred technologies, including Kubernetes, AI/ML integration, and Edge Computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
