Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Coordinate with construction teams for seamless project integration
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Train junior plumbers and supervise apprentices on job sites
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Provide detailed reports to project managers and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expert knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
