Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms and neural network layers optimized for near-term quantum processors (NISQ).
- System Integration: Lead the integration of quantum modules with existing classical AI infrastructure to enhance predictive modeling accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for quantum integration, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize code execution and resource allocation to maximize efficiency in cloud-based quantum environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of the field, researching new papers and methodologies to apply to our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Quantum Services.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex mathematical problems and translate them into efficient software solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
