Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable, distributed systems and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and high-performance computing.
- Mentor and cultivate high-performing engineering teams.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML integration and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and security protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams.
- Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and event-driven architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
