Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technological roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable enterprise-level architectures that ensure high availability and performance.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary technical liaison between product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural or senior engineering role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing them effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
