Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end definition of the company's 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market positioning.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., AGI, advanced robotics, biotech convergence) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to translate high-level strategic vision into actionable development milestones.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic plans, roadmaps, and projections to the C-Suite and Board of Directors with clarity and confidence.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global market shifts and competitive landscapes to ensure the 2026 vision remains relevant and competitive.
- Innovation Incubation: Spearhead internal initiatives to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business impact, with a specific focus on the trajectory toward 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex, forward-looking projects and managing ambiguity.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
