Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the Project 2026 platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Architect robust microservices and serverless solutions using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor senior and junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize system architecture to handle high traffic loads and ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and frameworks like React or Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and big data pipelines is highly preferred.
