- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of engineers and researchers to deliver exceptional results.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling complex, high-volume data streams.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Generative AI, into our core infrastructure.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices for software development lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance code quality, speed, and security.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and bridge the gap between engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Project Delivery: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical challenges with creative solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
