Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure code-compliant installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members
- Ensure strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and Louisiana state regulations
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior electricians and promote a culture of safety and excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
