Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), Texas state regulations, and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of tools and materials to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Texas state electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience with commercial/industrial projects
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, circuit installation, and power distribution
- OSHA 10-hour certification and strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to read complex technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and client service skills
