Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing traffic
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to maintain project standards
- Perform site cleanup and waste management throughout the workday
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool experience (training provided for qualified candidates)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily check-in requirements
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
