Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Supervise apprentices and coordinate with contractors
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Electrical License (Class A/B/Journeyman)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of energy management systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
