Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Diagnose malfunctions using advanced testing equipment
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Manage projects from blueprint completion to final inspection
- Maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Train apprentices on best practices and techniques
- Coordinate with contractors and building officials
Qualifications
- State of Tennessee electrician license (required)
- 5+ years residential/commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours and emergency calls
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
