Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead crews on complex projects while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for job efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical consultation
Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise with commercial/industrial systems and residential wiring
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and electrical schematics
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local San Antonio regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
