Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and system diagnostics
- Use hand/power tools and testing equipment safely and efficiently
- Document work activities and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with senior electricians and construction teams
- Participate in safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Electrician Trainee certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
