Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure precise implementation
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and Massachusetts state regulations
- Lead and coordinate with apprentices and junior electricians
- Perform system inspections and provide detailed client reports
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts electrician license (Class A or B)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with commercial and residential electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Experience with troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
