Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and Tennessee state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Lead apprentice electricians on complex projects
- Manage inventory and material orders for assigned jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical consultation
Qualifications
- Tennessee Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in troubleshooting 120V/240V/480V systems
- Knowledge of smart home and renewable energy systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
