Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Inspect electrical systems and troubleshoot malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with construction teams
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC, blueprints, and local building codes
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
