Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NYC and NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform system inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Manage projects from conception to completion within budget and timeline
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Electrician License (Master/Journeyman)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- OSHA 10 certification and first aid/CPR training
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
