Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines with project managers
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits for commercial clients
- Document work orders, materials used, and maintenance reports

Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee state electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit installation, and control systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification and NFPA 70E arc-flash training
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent physical condition for climbing, lifting, and confined space work
