Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety leadership
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
