Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and local codes
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct system diagnostics and perform repairs efficiently
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on project requirements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Train apprentices on best practices and procedures
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials
- Document work performed and maintain service records
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrical license required
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing devices
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
