Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute precise electrical layouts
- Ensure full compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Ohio state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices to maintain high work quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet deadlines and specifications
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and implement hazard prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and control systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong knowledge of NEC, Ohio building codes, and energy efficiency standards
- Ability to read complex electrical schematics and architectural drawings
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
