Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients on complex projects
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain clean work sites
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
