Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic electrical tasks, including pulling wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures.
- Test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and complying with local codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to commute to job sites.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor (climbing ladders, working in attics/basements).
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and obtain Journeyman licensure.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
