Responsibilities
- Execute Installations: Perform high-quality electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide detailed project updates.
- Equipment Management: Properly maintain and inspect electrical tools and equipment to ensure safety and longevity.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional electrical experience.
- Tools: Proficient in the use of power tools, multimeters, and testing equipment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights, outdoors).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
