Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices while maintaining quality control standards
- Manage project timelines, material inventory, and client communications
- Conduct safety inspections and implement preventative maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrical license (Class A or B)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a licensed electrician
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local building regulations
- Proficiency with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Experience with PLC systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
