Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NFPA 70E).
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate progress and technical details clearly with clients and project managers.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in electrical construction and maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
- Proficiency with digital testing equipment (multimeters, circuit analyzers).
- Commitment to OSHA safety standards and protocols.
