Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure full compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit accurate work orders, time logs, and material lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician License required for the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and power distribution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
