Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) and Florida state regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead junior electricians and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Document work orders, safety reports, and project completion records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for emergencies
