Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all installations comply with California Electrical Code (CEC) and OSHA standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to deliver projects on schedule
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C Journeyman or higher)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Expert knowledge of CEC, NEC, and local building codes
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proven experience with solar panel installation and smart home systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
