Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines are met
- Perform safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and Seattle regulations
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
