Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise installations
- Comply with all National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA, and Florida state regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Lead project teams on medium-to-large electrical installations and renovations
- Maintain detailed project documentation and client communication records
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Advanced knowledge of NEC codes, safety standards, and energy-efficient practices
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
