Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems per NEC and Ohio state codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on project requirements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and meters
- Lead junior electricians and apprentices on complex projects
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio electrical license (Class A or B required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
