Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage projects from estimation to completion with strict adherence to timelines
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure team safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR training
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and smart home systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
