Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and Arizona regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead project teams on commercial and residential electrical installations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Perform system inspections and provide detailed client reports
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in commercial and residential electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and Arizona electrical codes
- Experience with PLC systems and smart home technology
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
