Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform system diagnostics and repairs for commercial/industrial clients
- Manage project timelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Mentor junior electricians and assist with training programs
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with PLC systems and automation preferred
