Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes (NEC) accurately.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues with speed and precision.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict local safety codes and company quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
