About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, and panel upgrades.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and system failures.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and maintain a clean work site.
- Provide accurate time tracking and material usage reports.
- Assist in mentoring junior electricians and apprentices.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical trade.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
