Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the best course of action for electrical projects.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and job sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate time tracking and clear communication regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Maryland (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
