Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical projects.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate job site logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Wisconsin required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
