Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and circuits efficiently.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including multimeters, voltage testers, and conduit benders.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- License: Current Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Oregon.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Skills: Proficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial wiring practices.
- Tools: Ability to operate standard electrical tools and test equipment independently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.
