Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations and repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment to prevent failures and extend equipment life.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of California.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Basic computer literacy for logging job reports and timesheets.
