Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform a wide range of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work on residential and commercial properties.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with customers, explain technical issues in simple terms, and provide accurate quotes.
- Tool Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and tool inventory.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Missouri Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical systems.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- Tools: Possession of own basic hand tools is preferred; company-provided power tools and vans are available.
