Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure full compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead small crews and mentor junior technicians
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety leadership
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven safety record and compliance focus
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience with EV charging systems a plus
