Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and local building codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Mentor apprentice electricians and ensure team safety protocols
- Provide emergency electrical services during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee state electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency with residential/commercial electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
