Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure operational safety.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local California regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including time logs and material usage.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and project teams to ensure seamless operations during night shifts.
- Inspect and maintain electrical tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical calls and service requests.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, circuit diagrams, and electrical theory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Construction Safety Certification.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
